“March comes in like a lion, and goes out like a lamb.”
March, a month of incongruities. The bluest skies and blustery mornings, frosty ocean rocks and the first signs of spring. And so I took this month and spun some magic for you.
I have gathered the last of blue from winter for all you lovelies born under a chilly March sky and those who are currently shaking the frost off their fins.
Fins of Frost Necklace

I am so please with how these necklaces turned out.
I implemented a new smithing technique involving molten silver and endless hours of finishing. I hope you love them!
For these necklaces I chose a handful of smooth marquise aquamarine gemstones set horizontally.
Accenting the stones are a few sterling silver pebbles, like beach stones smooth and shining from a recent wave.
Above and below are detailed fins of solid sterling silver, giving the necklaces weight.

With every collection I try to make a handful of understated pieces for those who love to stack their rings, mix and match with several pieces, or would like a petite pop of color.
And here is a ring design as simple as it gets!
Rings as cool and breezy as a March morning.
Soft aquamarine gemstones horizontally set and polished to look as though they were dipped in saltwater.
Set atop half-round bands for comfort.
Amongst the Waves Necklace

For adorning your frost-tipped hands, a handful of sterling silver fins.
These necklaces are made from long aquamarines gemstones in varying clarities and hues.
And to either side are detailed sterling silver fins curving around the stone.
And on the back is a splash of silver overlay like a delicate fin rolling into a wave.
Like a bit of the ocean cradled by silver fins.

For these rings I chose gemstones of varying clarity, sizes, and shapes.
As with the necklaces, these rings are made with aquamarine gemstones set in straight bezels.
And accenting the stones are tiny little sterling pebbles, and small fins of solid sterling silver.
They are set atop rectangle bands for stability.

Big bold rings featuring my favorite gemstones of the whole bunch!
Marquise aquamarine gemstones set between two curving fins gently cradling the stones.
They are set atop rectangle bands.
Keep in mind that these aquamarines have an icy, crackly depth to them, which means that some have some surface fissures, pits, and crackles where the inner textures touch the surface. These stones are very organic and natural.
And that’s everything that will float into the shop! This isn’t an annual collection, so they likely wont be returning for quite a while, so I hope you catch whatever you have your eye on!
